We provide a flexible and easy return policy to meet your needs since we want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Our return policies are made to give you the choice and ease that you have right to.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Sewninstyle.com is not responsible for paying return shipment costs

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return & Refund

You can return your item for a complete refund if you’re not happy with it. We will promptly process your refund as soon as we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2 Business Days

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return & Replace OR Exchange.

You can return any item that was inaccurate or damaged, and we’ll give you a replacement. Just send back the original item, and we’ll send you a replacement as soon as we can.

Returning the original jacket will allow you to exchange it for a different size, color, or style. After that, we will send you the replacement item of your choice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you about your replacement.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {316 N Canal AV, Lakeland, FL-33801, USA}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
